Refund Policy

CMFAS Academy's refund policy is as follows:

All payments for products and services are non-refundable by default. However, under the following circumstances, customers may request a substitution for another product of equal value, subject to approval:

- Accidental purchase of an incorrect product.

- Duplicate payment for the same product.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, provided sufficient evidence is submitted, including but not limited to:

- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

- Content errors not meeting a 99.5% accuracy rate.

- Eligibility under the Pass Guarantee Program, subject to its terms and conditions.

All refund requests require management approval, and decisions are final.
