Refund / Cancellation Policy

CMFAS Academy's refund / cancellation policy is as follows:

All payments for products and services are non-cancellation and non-refundable by default. However, under the following circumstances, customers may request a substitution for another product of equal value, subject to approval:

- Accidental purchase of an incorrect product.

- Duplicate payment for the same product.

Cancellations and reefunds may be considered in exceptional cases, provided sufficient evidence is submitted, including but not limited to:

- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

- The purchased product does not meet an error-free rate of 99.5%.

- Eligibility under the Pass Guarantee Program, subject to its terms and conditions.

All refund/cancellation requests require management approval, and decisions are final.
